Former WWE star Drew McIntyre (now Drew Galloway) made his debut for TNA during yesterday’s Impact Wrestling tapings in Glasgow, Scotland. As a home country hero he got an unbelievable reaction, and since they are overseas the crowd was much larger than their typical shows in the States.
Galloway is believed to have signed a long term deal and will continue on their UK tour, before joining them back in America.
Here are two fan clips of his run in during the show. Interestingly some fans begin chanting ICW, the local Scottish promotion where Grado made his name, and Galloway is still the Heavyweight champ.
The promotion has had some major publicity in the UK and have a brand new documentary about their Insane Fight Club II event, which can be viewed on the BBC iPlayer here.
Mickie James Back In TNA?
Despite rumors of a WWE return, TNA Knockout Mickie James also showed up in Glasgow and is believed to be back with TNA.
She was taking time off to be a mother, to her and Magnus’ child.
