Hogan Praises Kevin Owens, Ric Flair On Roman Reigns, RVD’s New Movie Roles

OwensMania Is Running Wild

Even Hulk Hogan is getting behind Kevin Owens following his NXT Rival performance:

The Miami Herald spoke with Owens’ parents, who attended the event:

We’re very, very proud of him. We’re living the dream with him. We always knew he had the talent to do this, but it’s something very hard to do. He’s worked so hard and has such passion for this. He has good values, too. He takes care of his family and has a passion for wrestling, something he’s always had.

Flair Says Reigns Will Take Time

In a recent interview with Give Me Sport Ric Flair talked about the fan response to Roman Reigns.

I don’t pay a lot of attention to him talking on the mic but I think he’s okay. Fans look at Roman and they want him to sound like The Rock and that isn’t going to happen. The Rock didn’t become The Rock overnight either though. It took him a few years as well to nail down who he was and what he was about.

It takes time for young talent to grow. It’s not just a name, they’ve got to build a brand. Fans have to become attached to the brand and that’s hard to do and it takes more than one or two years. Legends like Steve Austin didn’t just turn up and start talking like that either, it took him time as well. Roman [Reigns] has got so much talent that fans are going to have to be patient with him. It doesn’t happen overnight. If people are upset with Roman it’s not over a lack of talent. Fans are always going to have their opinion, but Roman has a fantastic future ahead of him.

RVD In Two New Movies

RVD is involved in two new movie projects. The first is “Three-Headed Shark Attack” a sequel to an earlier movie from 2012:

RVD is also in a short called The Confession. Here is the trailer to the thriller:
